In this episode: We leave our friends in Calgary to start our journey across the Canadian prairies. After a stop in Drumheller to enjoy the unique scenery, we head to Saskatchewan and discover the first house Mel lived in, Saskatoon berries, and cowboy caviar.

Dinosaurs, Saskatoon berries, and Cowboy caviar oh my! This week is the part of the trip that we had been the least excited about - crossing the Canadian prairies. A sea of endless wheat fields peppered with the occasional grain elevator is what we were told to expect. Join us to see just how much more we discovered and learned about the flattest part of Canada.

Next week, we continue the journey across the prairies, find some great boondocking spots and find ways to entertain ourselves in the car.
