Today we’re going to show you how we did a custom installation of lithium (LiFePO4) batteries in our travel trailer to upgrade our battery system.

We'd had many instances where our old lead acid battery just wasn't up to the job. It even resulted in a dead battery that we had to jump from our truck battery once!

With this upgrade, we'll be able to boondock for much longer periods without having to use our generator. And it opens the door to our next upgrade: Solar panels!
